in 1999 (at the age of 29), i attended castle park high school's prom with a young girl named "frannie of chula vista". a wacky morning radio bit, i've kept in touch with frannie -- now frances -- over the years. yesterday, frances posted the following prom picture from "a night under the stars" on facebook. i'd NEVER seen it + remain speechless.
