i’m a looong time supporter of the flaming lips, one of the greatest LIVE bands on the planet (pictured with wayne @ coachella.)

with a new double album (embryonic) due in october, the lips kicked off their U.S. tour, last night, at the del mar racetrack. it ruled > i laughed, i rocked, i teared up.
