yesterday morning, i woke up to something special. my baby girl, lucia, calling/identifying me as "dadadadada." it warms my heart (or, was that the sunburn/rash from yesterday's surf session?)
regardless, it sounded amazing.
granted i've experienced this stage before (with nico,) but with my daughter, it's different. my son's first "dadada" signified father/son bonding, lucia's declaration simply melted me.
her soft, delicate voice spoke to me like christa "NICO" päffgen.
lucia, my little princess, my sweet bird of paradise...when you grow up, i pity the first dude...

weds night, my comic-con alter ego, OB1 cantore (a comic-com attendee since the golden hall days,) will be emceeing a comic-com tweet-up at VOYEUR, in the gaslamp. i dig their artwork.
what's a tweet-up?

talent aside, i’m amazed by his friendship, heart, and beard.
today, brian has launched a new project, the nervous wreckords.
granted i’m a tad biased, but i think it’s f#ckin’ brilliant.
before i share...
