25. i will never understand why certain “friends” follow my every move, yet make no effort.

24. i am not afraid to speak my mind. i am a typical aries.

23. was my number in basketball, soccer, and lacrosse. it is also the number i play in vegas.

22. more than money, i’m motivated by working with smart, honest, creative people.

21. i used to define success by my career, ratings, and revenue. what a joke.

20. a customer for over 20 years (matsuhisa,) my favorite restaurant is nobu.

19. i find drunks annoying, but love a good sake buzzz.

18. my first concert was rush (grace under pressure tour.) i was in 9th grade.

17. freshmen year, i attended an all-boys catholic high school. i got kicked out for bad grades and too many “demerits.” the brother who expelled me was a scary old man with a wonky eye. we would meet again.

16. i was kicked out of the SDSU dorms (zura hall) for launching a can of spam off a balcony (with a 3-person slingshot.)

15. i get bored easily.

14. pharmaceutical meds (pills) scare me.

13. surfing saved my life. sometimes, i feel his presence when i surf. the others time(s)? when my kids were born.

12. i love my kids so much, it hurts my heart.

11. i met my wife at the lamplighter, october 9, 1998. i sang queen’s “crazy little thing called love.” she amazes me, and is stronger than me. i love her, dearly.
